Set Up Time: 8:30 am to 9:30 am. (Event 10 am to 3 pm)
Inclement Weather: This is an outdoor event (weather permitting).
Festival Area: The festival area begins at Case Avenue to Union Street (approx).
Entrance: All exhibitors will enter at Case Avenue.
Map & Booth Number: Vendors will receive booth, entry area, and set-up information before the event.

Entrance & Parking

Enter at Case Avenue
Offload tent & supplies → exit at Elm Street or Union Street
Park in vendor-designated areas on Center Street
Walk back to set up booth
No parking next to booth

Festival Area

Booths located from Case Avenue to Union Street
Booth assignments provided before the event

No Call/No Show Policy

Vendors must contact FOMS by 9:00 AM if unable to attend
Failure to do so → space given to another vendor

Placement

Booths assigned at FOMS discretion
Vendors may not move unless directed to do so by FOMS.

Tents & Booth Setup

Tents strongly recommended (sun + wind)
Tents must be securely anchored with weights - examples: right->
Exhibitors must bring their own:
- Tents, Tables and Chairs (tablecloths must be weighted down)
Includes stand-up displays

Electricity

Not available - Notify FOMS if using a generator

Load-In/Load-Out

Booth location & parking instructions sent via email before the event
Breakdown at 3:00 PM only (no early exit)
Exhibitor vehicles may re-enter only when directed by Winchester Police

Parking

Free Exhibitor parking available on Center St. (short walk from Main Street)

Trash

Vendors responsible for trash removal & booth cleanliness

Insurance

Winchester Dept./Board or Commission Members are covered under the Town of Winchester's insurance policy.

Right to Deny Participation

FOMS may deny vendors for failure to follow procedures

Political Messaging is restricted to the Town Party booths: Political parties or candidates can purchase booth space in the Fall Foliage Festival area exclusively for political messaging, voter education, and get-out-the-vote activities, as they have in the past. This is only allowed in the festival area, not in or around the Car Show.
